Service Description

Tier 2: Embodied Leadership Formation Tier 2 is where inner transformation becomes visible in everyday leadership. This is not ongoing self-discovery for its own sake. Nor is it a programme focused on leadership techniques, productivity systems, quick fixes, or accumulating more strategies. Tier 2 assumes that deeper personal work has already begun. If Tier 1 asks, Who am I? then Tier 2 asks: How do I now lead, decide, speak, relate, and hold responsibility from who I am becoming? The focus shifts from insight to integration. This is the work of translating internal awareness into external leadership practice: how you show up under pressure; how you make decisions when values collide; how you handle conflict, boundaries, success, disappointment, fatigue, and repair; and how you remain aligned when old patterns pull for control, performance, avoidance, or over-functioning. Tier 2 is developmental, practical, and deeply reflective. Leaders are supported not simply to think differently, but to lead differently. How Long Will Formation Take? 20 weeks (5 months) Why this timeframe? • Long enough for established habits, reflexes, and relational patterns to be disrupted and re-patterned • Short enough to maintain focus, urgency, and momentum • Long enough to experience multiple real-life leadership cycles and reflect on them in practice (conflict, fatigue, success, repair, and adaptation) Structure at a Glance Duration: 20 weeks Format Fortnightly 90-minute live sessions (10 core sessions) Cohort Size: 6–10 participants (intentionally smaller than Tier 1 to deepen reflection and application) Between sessions participants engage in: • Deliberate practice commitments • Reflective journalling • Occasional voice-note prompts to sustain attention and application This is where leaders stop merely understanding the work and begin living it.
