Service Description

Tier 3: Embodied Leadership Circle Tier 3 is not the next course. It is the continuation of becoming. This is the space for leaders who no longer want periodic insight but ongoing formation—leaders who understand that maturity is not achieved and then maintained automatically, but cultivated through intentional reflection, disciplined practice, and responsive adaptation over time. If Tier 1 asks, “Who am I?” and Tier 2 asks, “How do I lead from who I am becoming?”, then Tier 3 asks: "How do I sustain, deepen, and embody this way of leading across changing seasons, increasing complexity, and greater responsibility?” The emphasis here is not acceleration but integration. Tier 3 provides a structured yet spacious rhythm that enables leaders to remain aligned, attentive, and responsive while navigating real-world leadership demands. This is where formation becomes lifestyle rather than intervention. Rhythm 1 × 90-minute session per month. Additional brief check-ins as needed, responsive to circumstances rather than pre-scheduled. Each session includes: 1. A Primary Formation Focus Working intentionally with one leadership edge, developmental challenge, or emerging area of growth. 2. A Reflective Centre Creating space to notice patterns, assumptions, emotional responses, and what leadership is asking of you now. 3. A Practice to Carry Forward Translating reflection into lived action through intentional experiments, habits, and leadership commitments. Tier 3 is designed for leaders who recognise that the deepest work is not learning something new—it is becoming increasingly congruent with what they already know.
